  event is free and open to parents and their teens .  \nA short 18 minute
  documentary\, titled  Fentanyl Factor \, highlights the alarming increase
  of accidental overdose deaths due to the mixing or 'lacing' of fentanyl w
 ith other substances such as 'fake' prescription pills. The documentary al
 so features an interview with a Forensic Scientist inside the lab where re
 al and counterfeit drugs are tested.  \nFollowing the film is a Q&A discus
 sion with local experts including:  \n Keith Brown\, Executive Director of
  Texoma HIDTA  (high intensity drug trafficking area). Keith is a retired
  DEA Senior Executive and Drug Recognition Expert with 25 + years of exper
