Clay G. Small
became a world traveler during his 30 year career with PepsiCo (as General Counsel). He currently is a Professor at SMU Cox School of Business and a visiting professor at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He combines his love of Dutch art with storytelling in his soon-to-be released novel, The Forger's Forgery.
The following reviews give you a better feel for this new book:
'Perhaps one reason why The Forger's Forgery is a complex mystery and yet realistic, is that it's based on the true story of master forger Han van Meegeren, who forged the works of some Dutch masters in the 1930s and ’40s in a notorious crime that was clever, unprecedented, and difficult to solve.'

Midwest Book Review
The Forger’s Forgery … was a great read, cleverly constructed, very entertaining, exciting and humoristic.”
Friso Lammertse, author Van Meegeren’s Vermeers
“Intricate plot, characters you’d like to get to know (well . . . not all of them), and just enough non-fiction to be both fun and educational. That’s Clay G. Small’s latest book in the Henry Lindon saga? The Forger’s Forgery. Clay’s depictions are so clear you can almost see the yellow-stained fingers holding the Gauloises cigarette. And when finished, you find yourself excited to see Clay leaves a hint that the saga will continue.
Craig Enoch, (Ret) Justice Texas Supreme Court
