Executive Chef Tony Gardizi's passion is getting people to try new things and pushing the envelope in the kitchen. He's not afraid to experiment with flavors, he mixes cuisines from around the world with locally grown ingredients to create classic dishes with a modern twist. He says he enjoys, "creating memorable menus with the freshest ingredients available, while evoking the community with a craving to return".
Wine can be ordered by glass, pre-set flights or design your own flights - you may find wines to be big winners or others you can do without - but that is the beauty of being able to order tastes, rather than having to order whole glasses. Experience by your own rules, rather than by the usual rules.
Lunch, 11am to 2pm, featuring menu choices such as Paninis, grilled seafood and pasta dishes. Prices range from $7 to $12.
Dinner, 5pm to10pm each day. Price range from $7 and $22.
Sunday champagne brunch buffet, which runs from 10:30am to 3pm, is $14.95 and will include complimentary unlimited champagne.
