Sunday, January 25 - “Comparison” 

How deflating it was for cold weather to return this past week.  It was as if someone let the air out of our early spring when we weren’t looking.  But, for this weekend at least, warm weather is back - just in time to check out more open houses.  The LeLash Group of Dave Perry-Miller & Associates again is presenting a tour with properties in both Park Cities and Preston Hollow, “Comparison.”  This week, most of the homes on tour are listed for around $1.5 Million, which will facilitate comparing.

Jennifer and I will be at 6822 Aberdeen from 1 to 5pm with some market and pricing analysis to assist you with your search.  So, come, tour, and compare.

Inventory of available properties in the Park Cities and Preston Hollow is still low, so there are not very many homes open on Sundays.  However, there are more homes available to tour privately, including private listings.  To view these homes by appointment, contact us at below.
