Week 1 - “Equinox”

Friday marked the vernal (spring) equinox and the official (finally!) beginning of spring.  But, alas, not the end of our rain.  Starting this week, The LeLash Group of Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate will present tours of both Park Cities and Preston Hollow in one post.  We will continue to feature both new construction as well as older vintages. Inventory of available properties in the Park Cities and Preston Hollow is still low, so there are not very many homes open on Sundays.  However, there are more homes available to tour privately, including private listings.  To view these homes by appointment, contact us at below.  

Also, lot sizes and lot values can vary greatly, especially between the Park Cities and Preston Hollow, making $ per-square-foot figures misleading.  Contact us for more detailed analyses, or come see us at 6822 Aberdeen on Sunday.
