Hello! I am looking to rent a room at the beginning of April. I'm 44, female, single, independent, never married, and easy to get along with. I'm looking for a trustworthy/ethical, Christian, female roommate with no pets, no smoking, who has a private room and a private bathroom.

I'm Catholic, into working out and being healthy. My apartment lease is coming to an end. I always meet bills, however, as work has been irregular, I will need to look into other options to signing another lease with a complex until I secure full-time. I'm looking for a place without a deposit required with a rental range of $500-$650/room all bills. I am only looking to rent with another female.
