Preschool and elementary school students will have an opportunity to learn about safety from police officers at a special program at a local library on Tuesday.

The Dallas Police Department will be participating in a "Get a Clue about Safety" event from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on July 24 at Preston Royal Branch Library.

The program will be held in the library's auditorium and is described on the library's website as simply a "Safety talk from your Dallas Police Department."
