Two students from Trinity Christian Academy (TCA) have been awarded the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools’ (TAPPS) “Of the Year” awards as the female and male athletes of the year in the 5A division. Senior, Emma Kate Liu, and junior, Parker Oliver, were nominated by TCA and then voted on by the TAPPS Athletic Executive Committee. Emma Kate excelled in volleyball and golf and Parker stood out in football and track.

Both students received the prestigious award for their hard work, ambition and perseverance in athletics throughout the school year.
