In case you haven't ventured over to The Plaza at Preston Center recently, progress continues to be made on the five-story building that is under construction at the shopping center. The new building will be 71,456 square feet in size and have 450 underground parking spaces. Also, it will be a mixed use building that will dedicate space to retail establishments, offices and the new University Park Public Library, which will open on the second floor next year.
