Parents who would like to spend a personal evening together without the kids this weekend can take advantage of a special Town North Family YMCA event on Friday.

The Y will be having a Parents' Night Out from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on June 16, where parents can drop off their youngsters and then go enjoy a special evening by themselves.

But, parents won't be the only people having fun that night, because the children who are dropped off at The Y will get to participate in a variety of activities, such as arts and crafts, according to The Y's website.

The Parents' Night Out event is available for children ages six-weeks through 12-years old and varies in price from $17 to $30 per child based on the child's age and membership level.
