Oh la la, the joy of a French macaron! The delicate meringue cookie is a sweet luxury to taste yet a sensitive and challenging dessert to perfect. It is no wonder that it has its own holiday, Macaron Day, that is celebrated around the world on March 20th. This year, Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie, the award-winning bakery in West Village in Dallas, will be paying tribute by offering one free churro-flavored macaron to every customer on Macaron Day (Saturday, March 20) between 8am to 5pm. The churro macarons, inspired by neighboring Mexico’s popular cinnamon and sugar fried dough pastries, are a limited-edition flavor only available on Macaron Day.

Founded in 2015, Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie specializes in a large variety of French-style pastries made from scratch daily utilizing the finest ingredients, including its signature French Macarons, cruffins, croissants, tarts, éclairs, and custom-made cakes. A rotating selection of delectable offerings feature seasonally inspired flavors, and the full coffee and espresso bar utilizes a custom blend of beans from Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters. Bisous Bisous also offers culinary classes, mobile sales opportunities with its Rendezvous food truck and an off-site kitchen for wholesale business. Bisous Bisous was named Dallas Observer’s “2020 Best Bakery” and Bisous Founder Andrea Meyer was named CultureMap TasteMaker Award’s “2019 Pastry Chef of the Year.”

All of Bisous’ delicious treats are available to order in advance online at www.bisous-bisous.com and by calling 214.613.3570 for contactless, curbside pick-up. The store is open for business, limited to one healthy person at a time. Bisous’ store hours are Monday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 3pm. Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie is located in West Village at 3700 McKinney Avenue, Suite #150, Dallas, TX 75204.
