Haute Pursuit Runway Show to provide coats for kids served by Mark Cuban Heroes Basketball Center

Donning glitzy cocktail holiday attire and chic leisurewear by local designers, 30 teens and young adults will strut their stuff for the Haute Pursuit Runway Show on Friday, Dec. 10, at 6:30 p.m. at Planet Lincoln Dallas Love Field. Benefiting the children served by the Mark Cuban Heroes Basketball Center, the fashion show is free and open to the public. Children’s winter clothing items – including coats, hats and gloves – as well as monetary donations are appreciated. Guests are asked to RSVP by Dec. 9 to HautePursuit10@gmail.com.

“Planet Lincoln Dallas Love Field is pleased to support and play host to this fun event that not only shines a light on our community but gets new coats to local kids this holiday season,” said Kaleb Garcia, managing partner, Planet Lincoln Dallas Love Field. “We are also happy to host a winter clothing drive for children served by the Mark Cuban Heroes Basketball Center, a cause that aligns with our ongoing efforts to improve the lives of our neighborhood families.”

Donations can be dropped off now through Dec. 10 at Planet Lincoln Dallas Love Field, located at 7767 Lemmon Ave, Dallas. Monetary donations can also be made at markcubanheroescenter.org/donate.

The runway show will feature a variety of pieces by local designers including Indigo1745, Vintage Martini, 3Volt, Drt. Life, Roger Canamar, Bonobos and Steven Goudeau. Recording artists Ross David and Kevin Ross will perform, and Hannah Davis, host of WFAA’s Good Morning Texas, will serve as emcee.

The Mark Cuban Heroes Basketball Center is a multi-purpose facility for neighborhood youth and families providing sports and leadership programs. The Center expanded its services to address the critical needs arising during the pandemic related to food insecurity, including the distribution of afterschool snacks, meals and food boxes to neighborhood families.
