Real estate agent and Preston Hollow resident Julie Provenzano, of Dave Perry-Miller & Associates, is the featured real estate expert in upcoming episodes of the HGTV show Real Estate Intervention. The first episode, filmed in Dallas, aired on September 10th and the next will premier September 24th at 9:30 a.m. central time on HGTV.
In this episode of Real Estate Intervention, Julie works alongside professional home stager and designer Cora Sue Anthony to advise the homeowners on how to make their properties more sellable in today’s market. They focus on staging to sell, current buyer trends and how to position a listing most competitively for a quick sale at top dollar.
In the September 24th episode, Julie works directly with the sellers Roy and Michelle Barrera who have had their house on the market for three years in Mesquite, TX. They’ve made a number of updates over the years but not enough to impress potential buyers. The Barreras converted a dining room into a fifth bedroom for Michelle’s mother and the change is greatly impacting their ability to sell. In addition, buyers have commented that the master bathroom lacks appeal and the home is too dark. Julie Provenzano works with the team of designers to enhance the selling features and educate the sellers in the process of what they’re up against with the competition.
