Popular cocktail den to make its debut in Collin County at Plano’s original lifestyle destination

The Shops at Legacy is pleased to announce The Standard Pour as the newest addition to its menu of dining options. The restaurant will be located at 7201 Bishop Road, Ste. E4, in Plano, and is expected to open this summer.

“Our guests will enjoy the quality of the food and drinks at The Standard Pour, as well as the atmosphere,” Kelsey Ishmael, marketing director for The Shops at Legacy, said. “We are honored to be chosen as the first Collin County location for The Standard Pour.”

The Standard Pour is a neighborhood craft cocktail and dining restaurant brand that serves an advanced mixology program and one of the top 50 bourbon selections in America. The restaurant will offer artisan dishes inspired by modern American cuisine that are designed to pair with cocktails, beer and boutique wines. A variety of chef-driven appetizers, entrees and desserts will be available for weekday dining or weekend brunch. The timeless, casual atmosphere of The Standard Pour will make it a perfect location for a variety of occasions.

The Standard Pour is owned by restaurateurs Brad Woy and Eddie “Lucky” Campbell, who are looking forward to utilizing the incredible patio and the 3,370-square-foot restaurant space on Bishop Road as the brand’s first restaurant outside of their original Uptown location. “The Shops at Legacy was our first choice because the customer base in Plano is perfect for us. I think we’ll be a good fit for the neighborhood,” Woy said.
