Shelton School senior Reese Walters is the new state TAPPS 4A Cross Country Champion. He competed in the TAPPS Cross Country state meet in Waco on October 31. Despite slow, muddy fields, his 5K time of 19:09 topped that of any runners that day in divisions 1A – 5A.
