Dylan Frankl attended Shelton beginning in 2003.  His activities included varsity golf, math club, history club, science club and band, where he played the saxophone.  He was a member of the National Honor Society for three years.  Dylan was the recipient of the Excellence Award and was on the A-Honor Roll for all four years of high school.  He also was the recipient of an All-State Academics honor from Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS).

Dylan plans to attend The University of Texas at Austin with an intended major in finance and accounting.

“Shelton has been a nurturing environment that cultivated both my academic and extracurricular interests and has allowed to me to manage my dyslexia. Shelton has also given me the ability to grow as a person and taught me how to be a self-advocate and be involved with school.”

Christian Cole attended Shelton beginning in 2004.  He was President of the National Honor Society and Chargers for Change.  He was TAPPS Div. II All-State Punter and received a TAPPS All-State Academics honor. He was captain of both varsity golf and soccer.  He was also elected Homecoming King. He received a Shelton Leadership Through Service award in recognition of his numerous community service projects throughout his Shelton career.

Christian will attend The University of North Texas and will pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Studies.  He will major in military history, economics and entrepreneurship.

“My experience at Shelton taught me tolerance, to embrace my ‘outside of the box’ thinking, and to speak up for myself and for others.”
