Solender/Hall, a leading broker in commercial real estate for nonprofit organizations, has helped Dental Health Arlington (DHA) secure new space. A nonprofit dental clinic, Dental Health Arlington is moving from its long time location at 201 N. East Street in Arlington to the Southeast Tarrant County Arlington Human Service Center located at 501 West Sanford, Suite 11 in Arlington. The property is managed by United Way of Tarrant County.  DHA will lease 3,448 square feet for a new dental clinic and administration offices. After finishing out the space, DHA will open in the first quarter of 2017.

According to Eliza Solender of Solender/Hall, “Relocating Dental Health Arlington to the Arlington Human Service Center is a huge win for the Arlington community. Dental Health Services will now be available to people already receiving services at the Center. This goes a long way to creating a ‘one-stop shop’ for the community.”

Nancy Manion Blinn, executive director of Dental Health Arlington, said, “This move will provide us the space and the availability to continue to provide approximately 2,500 Tarrant County residents per year with low cost dental services. It will open avenues for collaboration with other United Way agencies and allow DHA the capacity to grow and serve more families with urgent dental needs.”

Brandon Booker, senior vice president and CFO of United Way of Tarrant County, said, “Dental Health Arlington has been a valued partner for many years now, and it is the only dental health provider at this location delivering essential services for our many clients.”

Other tenants in the building include Lena Pope Home, Arlington Housing Authority and many other local nonprofits.
