Friends of the Arboretum Friends of the Arboretum and Caroline Rose Hunt Society donors enjoyed a delightful seated dinner in the Jonsson Color Garden during the height of Dallas Blooms. Pictured here are Dave Forehand, VP of gardens, Dallas Arboretum; Nancy Rutchik, donor; and Bill Graue, Dallas Arboretum board chairman.

On March 25, about 320 Friends of the Arboretum and Caroline Rose Hunt Society donors enjoyed a delightful seated dinner in the Jonsson Color Garden during the height of Dallas Blooms. More than 500,000 spring-blooming flowers served as a picturesque backdrop for this annual dinner thanking the donors for their contributions. The Friends of the Arboretum contribute $2,500 or more and receive special trips, cart tours throughout the garden, reserved Cool Thursdays Concerts seating and VIP parking. A special thank you to Gil’s Elegant Catering for providing the dinner, which was generously sponsored by Dallas Southwest Osteopathic Physicians.
