Studio 6 celebrated its one-year anniversary on October 1 with a celebration featuring live entertainment by Tyla Taylor, live demonstrations of signature MegaformerTM Pilates, libations and light bites.
Studio 6 founder, owner and trainer Elizabeth Lindberg, said, “What a wonderful way to celebrate our clients and welcome guests with this festive party. In less than a year, we have gained a devout following of clients who are drawn to the results oriented, pilates-inspired workouts on the revolutionary megaformer, designed and developed by Southern California based celebrity trainer, Sebastien Lagree. A special thanks to Roots Juices, My Fit Foods, Skinny Girl Wines, Body Rio and our many friends and supporters who donated product and door prizes.”
In an effort to show support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to honor clients that are battling or have battled breast cancer, Studio 6 has switched to pink, and will offer 10% off everything pink in the studio during the month of October. Lindberg added, “We want to support those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, but we also want to promote known preventative methods of diet and exercise that can reduce the risk of breast cancer up to 25%, as recently cited in a USA Today article. We want to promote and support healthy behavior through exercise.”
