Moss Haven Madness Fall Carnival returns on October 25

Moss Haven Madness Returns Oct. 25

Fall event perfect for little "ghouls and boys"; includes plenty of family fun & food your little ones will be "goblin" down

DALLAS, TX - Oct. 15, 2014 - It's going to be Madness!  The Moss Haven Madness Carnival, everyone's favorite fall family event, is back on Oct. 25 from 4 to 7 p.m. with an event that will have your little superheroes and fairy princesses jumping for joy.

The Moss Haven Madness Carnival will take place at Moss Haven Elementary, 9202 Moss Farm Lane in Dallas. Everyone is invited (and encouraged to wear costumes!) to this event, which raises funds for the Moss Haven Elementary School PTA to support a variety of school initiatives. The event is open to all families, not just those attending the school.

"Moss Haven Madness is a favorite Lake Highlands tradition that people all over the Dallas area come to enjoy," said Stephanie Stevens, PTA volunteer and co-chair of Moss Haven Madness. "It's the kind of unforgettable family fun that we loved when we were kids!  All families are welcome to come and join the fun."

The highly-anticipated event -- which takes place at Moss Haven Elementary but is open to anyone and everyone -- features kid-friendly games, activities, food and more that make for a great family outing. Activities will include a bounce house, obstacle courses, inflatable slides, Euro Bungee, a zip line, Zorb ball racing and a child-appropriate haunted house. Kids can try their hand at fun carnival games including a cake walk, hockey slap, putt-putt and more. Families can jam to the sounds of a DJ, kids will enjoy candy and mystery grab bags full of trinkets and treasures, and they can also learn about the kid-friendly farm that Moss Haven Elementary school students tend as a way to learn about agriculture, fresh food and more.

Adults and kids alike will enjoy fresh food from their favorite restaurant on wheels, as several of Dallas's favorite food trucks will be at Moss Haven Madness. Got a picky eater?  No worries, as there will be something your little ones will be "goblin" down, along with the adults. At Moss Haven Madness will be food trucks including: BellaTrino Neopolitan Pizzeria & Cucina, Samson's Gourmet Hot Dogs and Ruthie's Rolling Cafe. Concessions will also include snow cones and popcorn.

For more information about the event, or to purchase raffle tickets (to win $500  in Northpark Gold) contact Stephanie Stevens at or call    214.402.7646.
