Inc. magazine has named Dallas-based AccelSPINE® to its prestigious Inc. 5000 list, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. This year the medical device manufacturer and designer is ranked 2,752 nationwide, with a 132 percent growth over a three-year period. According to the magazine, the 2015 honorees represent “the most competitive crop in the list’s history.”

Started in 1982 to recognize the nation’s most successful private companies, the list has become the hallmark of entrepreneurial success. Companies such as Yelp, Pandora, Timberland, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, LinkedIn, Zillow and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 5000.

The 2015 Inc. 5000 list is ranked according to percentage of revenue growth when comparing 2011 to 2014. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2011. In addition, they had to meet strict revenue minimums and be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit and independent as of Dec. 31, 2014. The 5,000 fastest-growing candidates were named to the list.
