Holistic Yoga

This class focuses on the mind/body connection while increasing flexibility, strength and balance.

$120 Month for Tues/Thurs/Sat classes

Recreation Assistant Churchill Recreation Center

Description

The Recreation Assistant position will provide customer service to patrons of the center. This will include answering questions about programs, taking payments, checking people in, registering for programs and more. The position will also assist in development, planning and implementation of recreational, cultural, educational and sports programs for Dallas citizens with an emphasis on sport clinics, camps and leagues. The Recreation Assistant will also be responsible for conducting classes at the recreation center.

Salary:  $10.61/hour

Position Type:  Part Time

Hours per week:  20+/varies

Qualifications:  Six months customer service experience. Computer literate. H.S. graduate.

Zumba

The Zumba Experience, The original Dance-Fitness Party.  Are you ready to party yourself into shape?  Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape.  Zumba   classes feature exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and International beats.  Before you know it, you’ll be   getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring!  It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

Start Date:   November 4, 2013, ongoing

Day:         Monday - Thursday

Time:        5:00 - 6:00 pm

Cost:        $45 per month or $5 per class

NON SCHOOL DAY CAMP

Churchill Recreation Center will be holding single Non School Day Camps for Student Holidays.  Each day camp may include structured center playtime, arts & crafts, recreational games, and snacks.  Students will need a sack lunch.  Maximum of 20 kids per day camp.

Days: Oct 11, Oct 28, Nov 27, Jan 6, and Jan 20

Time: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Age: 6 - 12 years

Cost: $20 per child
