Dave Perry-Miller and Julie Boren appeared on the latest edition of Modern Dallas TV to discuss their new listing in Bluffview, 4605 Watauga Road.

To help North Dallas caregivers and families better deal with the complexities involved in late-life moves, Angela McCants and C C Allen of Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate are partnering with sponsors of SeniorLifestyleSpecialist.org to provide a seminar called “Intentional Legacy: Gather Your Stories, Share Your Legacy, and Celebrate Your Journey.” The casual and interactive educational forum will take place from 8:15 to 10 a.m. on June 16 at the Park City Club.

The seminar will be presented by Ann Ranson, a trained life and business coach. She has created a three-part legacy-building process that results in a road map for the last chapter of your life, including options for an ethical will, a video biography, and facilitated family meetings.
