Random Bobbitt Provisions, a vintage retail shop located in Uptown, will celebrate its grand opening with a pop-up street fair on Sunday, October 24 from Noon to 5 p.m. Located at 3104 Fairmount Street in Dallas, the eclectic fun will include yummy eats from Easy Slider food truck, charcuterie delights from The Board Lady, live music from Alex Cantrell, and, of course, great vintage finds. Additional vintage vendors at the outdoor fair will include Olan Thrills, an artist who cleverly repurposes old photos; Brimm Design with their handmade custom hat creations; Our Lovely Abode and their handcrafted body products; collectibles from 1111 Design; and trendy clothing and accessories from Rush Salon & Boutique. The rain or shine event is free and open to the public to attend.

Random Bobbitt owners, Randy and Paula Sadler, share a passion for vintage. In 2020, they opened La Familia, a boutique that focuses on taking you back through time in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Now, the Sadlers are bringing their sense of style and culture deep to the heart of Texas with Random Bobbitt Provisions. With sincere consideration to Randy’s grandfather, this unique retailer doesn’t sit parallel to your average vintage antique shop. Constantly traveling the country in search of exciting, vintage relics, the owners of Random Bobbitt stock the shelves with collectibles and rare pieces from unusual décor and novelty souvenirs to defunct electronics and music equipment to clothing and jewelry to a custom fragrance. Patrons will love the curious, weird, strange and wonderful treasures from the past.

“I love looking back on things,” Mr. Sadler said. “I love keeping the memories of the past alive. Everything has a story.” Ms. Sadler echoes her husband’s sentiments and adds, “We’re always on the hunt for unique and collectible treasures and can’t wait to bring North Texas these finds.”

Random Bobbitt Provisions’ regular business hours are Sunday and Monday from Noon to 5 p.m. and Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, visit thatssorandom.store or call 214-918-2949.
