The Texas Mead & Music Festival debuts in North Texas on Saturday, Sept. 19, from 1–7 p.m. (VIP entry at noon) at Scarborough Village, 2511 FM 66, Waxahachie. Sample handcrafted meads from Texas meaderies, enjoy live Texas music, artisan vendors, seasonal food and beverages, and preview Scarborough's Hollow, including the Blackthorn Haunted Castle and other fall attractions. General admission starts at $38.50 for adults (21+) and $11 for ages 5–20; VIP tickets start at $55. A portion of proceeds benefits the Texas Mead Association.
