Between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Fridays and 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturdays, a variety of Food Trucks gather in the Valley View Mall south parking lot to sell their scrumptious meals, which range from pizza to crawfish pistolettes.
