Looking to learn the ins and outs of the private school scene in Dallas? You won’t find a better opportunity than at the 6^th Annual “Navigating the School Search in Dallas" Lunch-n-Learn on Thursday, Oct. 10, presented by Kidville Dallas and Christine McKenny.

Christine McKenny is a Realtor with Dave Perry-Miller & Associates, however, prior to returning to the world of real estate, she founded In the Loop Kids and the annual “Navigating the School Search in Dallas” program. Because of her past experience, Christine's knowledge base and skills extend far beyond those of the average Realtor.

Well-versed in the private school admission process, Christine has built and maintained personal relationships with admission directors throughout the Dallas area, providing the necessary knowledge and accessibility parents need when making the important decision of educating their children.

She founded the “Navigating the School Search in Dallas" Lunch-n-Learn program, now in its 11^th session, to share her expertise with those interested in private schooling but unsure where to start.

The “Navigating the School Search in Dallas" Lunch-n-Learn event will feature guest speaker Waverly Ware Wilson, Co-Owner of Perfect Placement and the former Director of Admission and Financial Aid at Greenhill School. In addition, representatives from 17 of the area’s top private schools will be available to visit with parents and answer any questions attendees may have about prospective schools. Discussion topics throughout the event will include public vs. private school questions, private school options, the admission process and financial aid.

The noon to 1:30 p.m. event, to be held at Kidville Dallas (6025 Royal Lane, Suite 230), is $35 per person and includes a catered box lunch. Space is limited. RSVP by calling Kidville at 214-378-7777.
